AI that goes past
the chatbot.

Most companies we meet have an LLM subscription, a handful of side experiments, and not much beyond that. We help them get to AI that's wired into how the business runs.

We deliver three kinds of work, usually in this order.

01

AI Diagnostic

We help leadership teams identify where AI can create meaningful operational value, and where it likely won't. The AI Diagnostic is a fixed-scope engagement that maps workflows, evaluates opportunities across the business, and produces a practical roadmap for what to build, adopt, or avoid.

The work combines internal operational discovery with external market context, so recommendations are informed by how the business operates today and where the industry is heading.

What's included

Workflow mapping through structured interviews across the business
AI opportunity identification across all business functions
External market and competitive research: what your industry is doing, where it's going, what your customers will expect
Opportunity scoring and prioritization using Skylite's proprietary frameworks
Rapid validation and feasibility testing on the top opportunities
Clearly defined roadmaps of where to go, why, and how to get there
02

Build & Internal Enablement

Once priorities are defined, then we build. Strategy becomes working systems. Most of our work is focused on building internal AI systems that improve how the business operates day to day.

That can mean workflow automation, internal copilots, document and knowledge systems, decision-support tools, or AI workflows built around the way your team already works.

The goal is not to layer AI on top of broken processes. It's to build systems that make your team faster, more informed, and more capable over time.

In many cases, the most valuable asset isn't the tool itself. It's the operational knowledge, workflows, and data infrastructure that develop around it. Done well, those systems become part of the company's long-term advantage.

03

Deploy

The difficult part of AI usually isn't building the system. It's changing the way the organization works around or integrates with it. Most teams already have established workflows, habits, approval structures, and ways of making decisions. If the system doesn't fit those realities, adoption falls apart quickly.

Skylite stays involved through rollout, training, process redesign, and ongoing refinement to make sure the system gets adopted and produces measurable value inside the business.

What's included

Phased rollout planning
Team training and workflow integration
Process and operating-model adjustments
Performance measurement and system refinement
Ongoing leadership engagement during deployment

Most engagements start with a Diagnostic.

Fixed scope. Clear output. A low-risk way to find out where the opportunities are.
